Refund and Returns Policy

At SnoreQuit Solutions Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and services and offer a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure your experience with us is risk-free.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You purchased the product directly from snorequit.in
  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.)

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the product is used or damaged by the customer
  • If the return is initiated after 7 days of delivery
  • If the product was purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
  • For hygiene and health safety reasons, used or opened sleep aids are non-returnable

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@snorequit.in with your refund request, order details, and reason for return
  2. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and respond with approval or denial
  3. If approved, you will be given a return address to ship the item back
  4. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product was delivered damaged
  • An incorrect item was shipped

In such cases, SnoreQuit will bear the return shipping costs. Please retain a receipt of the return shipping fee for reimbursement.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
  • We will offer a free replacement or refund depending on availability and your preference

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +91-9652693589 or support@snorequit.in.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may proceed with a refund request as per the terms outlined above.

8. Dispute Resolution
