This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased from SnoreQuit Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website www.snorequit.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms detailed in this policy.
- SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship products within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed outside our serviceable regions will be canceled and refunded.
- SHIPPING METHODS We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (where available) Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking details.
- SHIPPING FEES Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or for orders exceeding a certain value, as advertised.
- ORDER TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on the courier partner’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
- DELIVERY ISSUES
- Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.
- Delayed or Lost Packages: While we are not liable for courier delays, we will assist in tracking lost or delayed shipments and, if necessary, arrange replacements or refunds per our discretion.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers may attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails and the package is returned to us, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery.
- PACKAGING We take care to securely package your product to ensure it arrives in good condition. In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to initiate a resolution.
- UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS If your package is marked undeliverable due to repeated delivery failure, incorrect address, or recipient unavailability, we will notify you by email or phone. After 7 days without response, your order will be canceled and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued.
- MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. After this period, your order may have already entered processing or shipping and changes may no longer be possible.
